 Menu of Services The following is a list of services offered at In-Lightened Health in Northborough. Please call if you have any questions or need guidance in deciding what session would be best for you. Sessions can be paid for through my store page ahead of time or at my office where cash, check and credit card are accepted. T  his 90 minute session includes the best of everything all wrapped up in one session! Soak your feet in a warm foot bath while you discuss any concerns you have physically or emotionally. You will then receive one or a combination of the following: Massage, Polarity Therapy, Cranial-sacral Therapy, Sound Therapy, Quantum Touch, Energy Clearing and Energy Counseling. Therapy never felt so good!! Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle unwinding process of your fascial system which is the web system wrapped around and throughout every cell of your body. When it is free of restrictions, the body, bones, brain and spinal fluid are flowing in a gentle balanced rhythm like the ebb and flow of the tides. This rhythm can be found in nature and within our bodies and allows for improved health to tissues and organs. This is a very relaxing session. This is a 60 minute session.  Swedish Massage is a gentle, relaxing, soothing massage which increases circulation and allows time for the mind to expand and move into that quiet space. This 60 minute session is designed to bring peace and relaxation to your body and mind.  This is a very profound session which deeply works on the quantum level of your whole being. Any physical or emotional concerns can be addressed and energy clearing and counseling are included.
