     I believe, no two people perceive things exactly the same.  There may be similarities between people’s perspectives, but everyone’s perception is different.  Our perception or view is based on our upbringing and experiences.  These experiences are stored as information and create reactions to all things we encounter in our lives. 
 
     Our mind is amazing when you think of it.  It can store every memory from this lifetime and I believe other lifetimes.  I also believe we store memories from when we were conceived and in utero.  Did you know that our nervous system is the first to be developed after conception. At day 20, after we are conceived, our neural tube develops which is the basis for our entire nervous system.  At this time it consists of approximately 125,000 cells.  At birth, our brain contains approximately 100 billion neurons (nerve cells).  This means that we are generating neurons at a rate of about 250,000 per minute during the 9 months we are in utero. (Cowan, 1979) Also, brain waves from the embryo can be detected 40 days after conception.
 
     With this being said, I believe our nervous system is the basis for what I like to call our “Vibrational Sensory System”.  The nervous system picks up subtle vibrations from our environment (peoples thoughts, sounds, vibrations through our skin) which are registered by the neurons and brain and I believe largely have an effect on the brains development from very early on.  These “vibrational frequencies” are read or translated by our nerve cells every second of every day throughout our whole life.
 
     A good example of how fast our system works and how this “Vibrational Sensory System” works is if I were to ask you to remember a time from your childhood that made you sad or frightened you. Try it.  See what you come up with.  I bet you already did before I asked you to try it.  Can you remember at least one event and bring up the memory almost to the point as if it were happening now or at least the emotions it brings up for you. Notice how you remember you felt back then and how you are feeling right now.  How does your body feel?  How are you breathing?  Do you feel tense, stressed, irritated by everything around you for a moment? Depending on how attached you are to this memory, it may not phase you very much.  Now, remember a time that was fun or made you happy.  Go ahead, give it a try.  Notice how you feel right now.  Notice how your body feels.  Are you more at ease, lighter, breathing easier, feeling less tense in your body?
 
     Your nervous system accesses the stored information and your body reacts to it immediately.  In a moment you become the memory or shift into that vibrational frequency from your experience you once had.  In a split second, your mood can change, along with your vital signs and thoughts.  After thinking of a time in your life, you may feel out of sorts for an hour or two, until you shift yourself into another vibration that makes you feel better. 
 
     We do this “Vibrational Shifting” all day long.  Everything we perceive in our environment and life triggers information we have stored in our nervous system and we either react to it or it has no effect at all.  This keeps us shifting our vibration from moment to moment.  Have you ever met someone who seems calm all the time?  Nothing seems to bother them.  Or someone who seems anxious all the time and everything upsets them?  Notice how you react around each one of these extremes.  Does the calm person bother you or the anxious type?  Does the calm type make you feel relaxed and the anxious type make you tense,  or is it the opposite? 
 
     Start taking notice on how you react each day to different scenarios at work, home, with friends and family.  How do you react to others perceptions?  Do they bother you, do they make you tense?  What triggers you vibrationally? Who really affects your moods and your feelings and emotions each day, you or someone else?  Are past experiences stopping you from being the amazing healthy person you are? 
 
     Notice when you feel off and when you feel really on vibrationally.  Were you in a good mood all day and then someone you encountered threw your vibrational system off?  Remember you are in charge of your vibration, no one else is.  Begin to notice how you feel each day and find a higher vibration or memory which Vibrationally Shifts you to another place. 
    
     Sometimes it takes a walk in nature, or a bath, or music or an inspirational movie to lift you vibrationally. Maybe a smell of wood burning, or children’s laughter, or a visual of a sunset, or touching soft sheets bring back a memory of another time which allows your nervous system to shift its vibration so you feel calm and  peaceful. Have fun playing and moving your vibration and discovering what keeps you in a peaceful, joyful, state of  well-being.
