      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127100"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3"&gt;Energy Talk with Nancy&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127101"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127102" align="center"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="4"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&amp;quot;Vibrational Shifting&amp;quot;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127104" align="center"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127105"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; I believe, no two people perceive things exactly the same.&amp;#160; There may be similarities between people’s perspectives, but everyone’s perception is different.&amp;#160; Our perception or view is based on our upbringing and experiences.&amp;#160; These experiences are stored as information and create reactions to all things we encounter in our lives.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127106"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127107"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Our mind is amazing when you think of it.&amp;#160; It can store every memory from this lifetime and I believe other lifetimes.&amp;#160; I also believe we store memories from when we were conceived and in utero.&amp;#160; Did you know that our nervous system is the first to be developed after conception. At day 20, after we are conceived, our neural tube develops which is the basis for our entire nervous system.&amp;#160; At this time it consists of approximately 125,000 cells.&amp;#160; At birth, our brain contains approximately &lt;i&gt;100 billion neurons&lt;/i&gt; (nerve cells).&amp;#160; This means that we are generating neurons at a rate of about &lt;i&gt;250,000 per minute during the 9 months we are in utero&lt;/i&gt;. (Cowan, 1979) Also, brain waves from the embryo can be detected 40 days after conception.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127108"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127109"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; With this being said, I believe our nervous system is the basis for what I like to call our “&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;Vibrational Sensory System&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;”.&amp;#160; The nervous system picks up subtle vibrations from our environment (peoples thoughts, sounds, vibrations through our skin) which are registered by the neurons and brain and I believe largely have an effect on the brains development from very early on. &amp;#160;These “&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;vibrational frequencies&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;” are read or translated by our nerve cells every second of every day throughout our whole life. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127112"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127113"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; A good example of how fast our system works and how this “&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;Vibrational Sensory System&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;” works is if I were to ask you to remember a time from your childhood that made you sad or frightened you. Try it.&amp;#160; See what you come up with.&amp;#160; I bet you already did before I asked you to try it.&amp;#160; Can you remember at least one event and bring up the memory almost to the point as if it were happening now or at least the emotions it brings up for you. Notice how you remember you felt back then and how you are feeling right now.&amp;#160; How does your body feel?&amp;#160; How are you breathing?&amp;#160; Do you feel tense, stressed, irritated by everything around you for a moment? Depending on how attached you are to this memory, it may not phase you very much.&amp;#160; Now, remember a time that was fun or made you happy. &amp;#160;Go ahead, give it a try.&amp;#160; Notice how you feel right now.&amp;#160; Notice how your body feels.&amp;#160; Are you more at ease, lighter, breathing easier, feeling less tense in your body? &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127115"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127116"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Your nervous system accesses the stored information and your body reacts to it immediately.&amp;#160; In a moment you become the memory or shift into that &lt;i&gt;vibrational frequency&lt;/i&gt; from your experience you once had.&amp;#160; In a split second, your mood can change, along with your vital signs and thoughts.&amp;#160; After thinking of a time in your life, you may feel out of sorts for an hour or two, until you shift yourself into another &lt;i&gt;vibration&lt;/i&gt; that makes you feel better.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127117"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127118"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; We do this “&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Vibrational Shifting&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;” all day long.&amp;#160; Everything we perceive in our environment and life triggers information we have stored in our nervous system and we either react to it or it has no effect at all.&amp;#160; This keeps us shifting our vibration from moment to moment.&amp;#160; Have you ever met someone who seems calm all the time?&amp;#160; Nothing seems to bother them.&amp;#160; Or someone who seems anxious all the time and everything upsets them?&amp;#160; Notice how you react around each one of these extremes.&amp;#160; Does the calm person bother you or the anxious type?&amp;#160; Does the calm type make you feel relaxed and the anxious type make you tense,&amp;#160; or is it the opposite?&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127119"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127120"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Start taking notice on how you react each day to different scenarios at work, home, with friends and family.&amp;#160; How do you react to others perceptions?&amp;#160; Do they bother you, do they make you tense?&amp;#160; What triggers you vibrationally?&amp;#160;Who really affects your moods and your feelings and emotions each day, you or someone else?&amp;#160; Are past experiences stopping you from being the amazing healthy person you are?&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127121"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127122"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Notice when you feel off and when you feel really on vibrationally.&amp;#160; Were you in a good mood all day and then someone you encountered threw your vibrational system off?&amp;#160; Remember you are in charge of your vibration, no one else is.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;Begin to&amp;#160;notice how you feel each day and find&amp;#160;a higher vibration or memory which &lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;Vibrationally Shifts&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt; you to another place.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127124"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127125"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3" color="#c03a63"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Sometimes it takes a walk in nature, or a bath, or music or an inspirational movie to lift you vibrationally. Maybe a smell of wood burning, or children’s laughter, or a visual of a sunset, or touching soft sheets bring back a memory of another time which allows your nervous system to shift its vibration so you feel calm and &amp;#160;peaceful. Have fun playing and moving your vibration and discovering what keeps you in a peaceful, joyful, state of&amp;#160; well-being.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100127126"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

      <title>Energy Talk with Nancy - "Your Electrical System"</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674566" align="center"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674567"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &amp;quot;The body has always fascinated me.&amp;#160; Over the past 10&amp;#160;years, I have had the privilege of learning new forms of bodywork, applying what I have learned, and discovering many new concepts from all of the&amp;#160;people I have come in contact with.&amp;#160; I thought it might be helpful through my blog to share my insights I have gained with you&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; Nancy&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674568"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674569" align="center"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="4" color="#5d1e79"&gt;&amp;quot;Your Electrical System&amp;quot;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674571"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674572"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3"&gt;First and foremost, I have come&amp;#160;to learn&amp;#160;that we have an amazing electrical system.&amp;#160; The body reminds me of an electrical panel with currents running through&amp;#160;it in all directions.&amp;#160;The generator of this panel is our brain and spinal cord.&amp;#160; Our panel creates&amp;#160;or generates an electromagnetic field which I like to call the &amp;quot;Aura&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; All living things create a field of energy.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674573"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674574"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3"&gt;The&amp;#160;Aura expands and contracts all day long based on the main operating system.&amp;#160; When the currents in the electrical panel are open and clear, the field is strong. When&amp;#160;there are areas of disruption, the panel can short circuit thus&amp;#160;compromising the field and allowing it to become weaker.&amp;#160; The Aura is generated from the inside of the body, all your cells, atoms and spinal cord and moves outwards and inwards creating a &amp;quot;field of force&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; When you are frustrated, confused or tired, the field usually contracts and comes closer to the body and can become heavy and cloudy.&amp;#160; When you are clear in thought, joyful, peaceful, the Aura is usually light, buoyant, and expanded.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674575"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674576"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3"&gt;I believe the Aura is what makes up your extra-sensory perception.&amp;#160; Like &amp;quot;feelers&amp;quot; beyond your own skin which keeps you in tune with your&amp;#160;surroundings.&amp;#160;Your field&amp;#160;picks up signals&amp;#160;like a radio transmitter and also sends out vibrations or frequencies to others.&amp;#160; It also helps you to perceive and receive all&amp;#160;different channels or frequencies, which allows you that insight necessary for your growth and potential.&amp;#160; My job is to discover any disruptions in the currents or lines of force and&amp;#160;help get them back on line.&amp;#160; The benefit of doing this is so you can feel great, receive all the insight possible for you to create the life you want and help keep your nervous system and body healthy.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674577"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674578"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia" size="3"&gt;When you become sensitive to the energy&amp;#160;being generated from your body and others, it can&amp;#160;be detected in many ways.&amp;#160; You can feel it from your own field or the outside or inside of your body through different sensations, from your hands,&amp;#160;in your mind's eye or in plain sight.&amp;#160; It is really fun to do and sense!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674579"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674580"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Georgia"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Exercise:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;i&gt;If you want to start discovering what your Electrical System is like, lie down in a quiet area and close your eyes. &amp;#160;Start to take some slow deep breaths in and out.&amp;#160; Begin to become aware of your body without judgment, just notice what you notice.&amp;#160; Notice what your body feels like while you are breathing in and out.&amp;#160; What sensations do you sense?&amp;#160; Are there areas which feel light or heavy, tight or loose?&amp;#160;&amp;#160;Inhale and start to visualize or sense the outside of your body or skin moving inward towards your mid line.&amp;#160; When you exhale visualize or sense the energy moving from the inside or mid line of your body outwards to the surface of your skin and beyond.&amp;#160; Keep sensing the energy expanding outwards with every exhale and contracting or coming inwards with every inhale.&amp;#160; A helpful visual might be a balloon you are blowing up and expanding around you and then deflating it inwards towards your body.&amp;#160; Have fun playing with the sensations.&amp;#160; You may find yourself getting tired and wanting to take a nap.&amp;#160; This is the nervous system giving you feedback from your tuning in.&amp;#160; Enjoy!!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-100674582"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
